Xiaomi first entered the field of gaming phones with the introduction of Black Shark in 2018. The Chinese company then launched the Black Shark Hilo, Black Shark 2, Black Shark 2 Pro, Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro gaming phones, respectively. The company has recently introduced a new series of gaming phones called Black Shark 4 on Tuesday, March 23 of this year (April 3, 1400). The operating system of these two phones is Android 11 and its JOYUI 12.5 user interface is based on MIUI 12. The 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC are among the connectivity features of the Black Shark 4 Series gaming phones.
Pre-orders for new gaming phones have been available since the day they were introduced in the Black Shark Online Store. According to experts, the standard version of Black Shark 4 can be considered one of the most affordable gaming phones on the market today. The Black Shark 4 is priced at 2,499 yuan (with a current exchange rate of about $ 383) with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 8GB/128GB version of this phone costs 2,699 yuan (about $ 414) and the model with 12GB/128GB memory layout costs 2,999 yuan ($ 460).
