Samsung has quietly unveiled the new Galaxy M22 on its German website on Tuesday, September 14, 2021; The M22, which should be considered a sequel to Samsung's previous Galaxy M21, is still a mid-range model with acceptable features such as a large OLED display, a relatively high-resolution camera and a large battery, which also bears a striking resemblance to the Galaxy A22. The only noticeable difference between the M22 and A22 is their color, and regardless of the combination of different colors, we come across the same phone in two separate names. The Galaxy M22 lacks a 5G connection but still offers acceptable hardware in this class. Introducing the Samsung Galaxy M22 with a 90Hz OLED display, 5,000 5,000mAh battery and Helio G80 processor

M22, just like the A22, is equipped with a large screen with relatively thick edges, especially in the lower part. The U-shaped notch does not change the shape of the upper part and exposes the user category of the phone at a glance. On the back of the phone are four camera lenses in a prominent square shape, and an LED flash can be seen at the bottom. The fingerprint sensor on this phone is located on the right edge and inside the power button. Weighing in at 186 grams, the M22 isn't a big deal, and its 8.4 x 74 x 159.9mm dimensions make it acceptable for a 6.4-inch low-end.

The 6.4-inch display of the phone has Super AMOLED quality manufacturing technology, which is usually less used in this class. The resolution of this panel, however, is in line with the price of the device, and with only 720 1600 pixels, it offers a density of nearly 274 pixels per inch. The next surprise for this display is its refresh rate, which is set at 90 Hz, thus providing smoother motion than normal 60 Hz panels.

    No autofocus.

The rear cameras, with the exception of two minor 2-megapixel units (one for blurring the background of the subject in the main camera in portrait mode and the other for taking close-up shots), only include a 48-megapixel main camera. /2.0 and an 8-megapixel Ultraviolet f/2.2 camera, which was also repeated in the A22. The maximum video resolution of the main camera of this phone is 1080p/30fps in normal mode, and it not only supports 4K capture, but also 60 fps full HD video. Slow motion capture of this camera is also done with a resolution of 1080p/120fps. Introducing the Samsung Galaxy M22 with a 90Hz OLED display, 5,000 5,000mAh battery and Helio G80 processor. The graphics of this 12-nanometer chipset are of the Mali-G52MC2 type, which does not look great for playing advanced games. The phone has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable internal memory (up to another 1 terabyte via a dedicated microSD port).

<img src=

The battery capacity of the phone is 5,000 mAh, which according to Samsung for 25 hours on the Internet (LTE), 30 hours of video, 106 hours of music and 38 hours of 4G talk is enough. The device apparently comes with a standard 15-watt charger, but Samsung's more powerful 25-watt charger can also be purchased separately. Introducing the Samsung Galaxy M22 with a 90Hz OLED display, 5,000 5,000mAh battery and Helio G80 processor

3.5mm headset jack, Bluetooth version 5, dual-band ac WiFi, GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou/Galileo routers and NFC are the connectivity options. Introducing the Samsung Galaxy M22 with a 90Hz OLED display, 5,000 5,000mAh battery and Helio G80 processor

Samsung Galaxy M22 with Android 11 and One UI 3.1 user interface (Apparently Core version) is available in three colors black, white and blue, but at the moment there is not much official information about the price and time of this model in the market. Some news sources have estimated the price of this phone for European markets at around 240 Euros.
